iReparo for iPhone User Guide

iReparo for iPhone is able to help you recover lost data from iPhone X, iPhone 8(plus), iPhone 7(plus) or other iOS devices with 3 different recovery modes. You can choose to recover lost photos, videos, messages and so on from iPhone, iTunes or iCloud backup.

Directly Recover Lost Data from iPhone.

In this mode, you can recover photos, contacts as well as other deleted data from iPhone without backup.

Step 1: Download and Run iReparo for iPhone

Download this iPhone data recovery software and install it under guidance. After that, please Launch it, and you will see the following interface.

Step 2: Connect Your iPhone to Computer via USB Cable

Plug your iPhone to computer with USB cable and click “Trust” in the pop-up window on your phone.

Then iReparo for iPhone will detect your iPhone automatically. By the way, please make sure you have installed the latest version of iTunes on computer to get your iPhone identified by this software.

Step 3: Scan Your iPhone for Lost Data

Click “Start Scan” and this software will scan your iPhone for deleted data. This process may take few minutes according to the storage of your iPhone. Please wait patiently.

Step 4: Preview and Recover Lost Data You Want.

After scan is finished, all data that can be recovered will be listed by category. Please click them to preview, mark those you want and click “Recover”.

Note: You are suggested to stop using your iPhone immediately after you lose data, because your operation will create new data, which will overwrite the lost data and make them unrecoverable.

Restore Lost Data from iTunes Backup

If you lost your iPhone by accident, this mode can help you recover data from previous backup in iTunes, reliving you of connecting your iPhone.

Step 1: Launch iReparo for iPhone and Select Recovery Mode.

Please click “View iTunes Backup” in the interface after you run this software.

Step 2: Select an iTunes Backup File.

After step 1, you will see all of your iTunes backup files, please choose one you want and click “Start Scan”. You can also manually import a specific back up file by clicking
“Import”.

Step 3: Scan the iTunes Backup File.

iReparo for iPhone will scan and analyze the selected iTunes backup file, then all the data will be extracted and displayed by category.

Step 4: Preview and Restore Lost Data

Please preview photos, videos, contacts and other files after scan, and mark those you need. Click “Recover” to restore them.

Note: Do not sync your iOS device with iTunes once you lost data, otherwise the iTunes backup files will be renewed and you can not restore lost data any more.

Retrieve Lost Data from iCloud Backup

You can also retrieve lost data from iCloud Backup, if you have ever backed up your iPhone to it.

Step 1: Choose “View iCloud Backup”

Click the “View iCloud Backup” button after your open iReparo for iPhone.

Step 2: Log in Your iCloud Account

Enter your Apple ID and password to sign in to your iCloud account

Step 3: Choose a Backup File in iCloud

When you sign in to iCloud, iReparo for iPhone will display all the backup files. Choose the one you want to retrieve, and click “Start Scan”. Then this software will download and analyze the chosen backup file.

Step 4: Preview and Recover Data from iCloud Backup File

Once the analysis is finished, you can preview the iCloud Backup file and mark data you want to retrieve. Finally, click “Recover”.
